As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (14 to 20 May 2018), we’ve donated 41 wellbeing and mindfulness books to Lancashire Mind.

The books included The Wellbeing Journal, Fearne Cotton’s Happy, some mindful colouring books and more.

Some of our team chose to inscribe the books with an inspirational quote, such as "one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day”.

Lancashire Mind campaigns to make mental wellbeing a local priority, working across Lancashire for people at every level of mental health.

"These books will help us to raise awareness of how important it is to look after our mental health through mindful activities which encourages emotional growth and wellbeing”, says Lisa at Lancashire Mind.

This initiative was #7 of our 15 charity events celebrating our 15 years in business.
