Our client, a blue-chip subsea organisation, approached us as they needed a mini environment to take their existing traditional cleanroom area from ISO Class 7 to ISO Class 5, for assembly work.
How did the client benefit?
The cleanroom also features our control system which allows control of the cleanroom via a user-friendly touch-screen interface – putting the client fully in control.
How did we help the client?
We designed a hardwall cleanroom with integrated LFU areas and benching. This created a physical divide for the mini environment. A gowning area was added as a further step to encourage compliance with appropriate ISO Class protocols.
