What did the client need?
Our client needed a cleanroom to protect the production of control actuators used on aircraft wings, where failure could be catastrophic.
How did the client benefit?
We designed and built a cleanroom that converted part of their existing factory into a classified clean area. The cleanroom features an integral change area to reinforce correct gowning protocols and to protect the integrity of the main area during entry and exit.
The cleanroom was also furnished with change room furniture and bespoke work benches, chairs and inspection lamps in the main area, from our consumables division Cleanroomshop.com.
How did we help the client?
Our client benefited from a fully-kitted out functional cleanroom space in its factory, maximising on existing space. They also had the added benefit of a single supplier liaison as we supplied both the cleanroom and the furniture and equipment.
