Our client needed a production cell cleanroom, for the processing of HGV fuel filter modules for a global truck manufacturer. In order to provide sufficient quality checks for process control, a lab cleanroom was also required.

What did the client need?
Our client needed a production cell cleanroom, for the processing of HGV fuel filter modules for a global truck manufacturer. In order to provide sufficient quality checks for process control, a lab cleanroom was also required.
Both cleanrooms feature GTi Max Décor Flooring, upgrading the facility flooring to cleanroom standards.
How did we help our client?
We developed two cleanrooms with temperature control which could facilitate process and particulate level requirements:
- ISO Class 9 cleanroom for production
- ISO Class 6 cleanroom for lab quality control
The production cleanroom had an internal height of 3750mm to accommodate machinery. It also features a rapid rise door and 2 large change areas. The design has been optimised for a potential extension, future-proofing it against further demand.
The lab cleanroom was fit out with a step over bench, mirror and cabinet to enhance operator gowning protocols.
How did our client benefit?
The production cleanroom was customised to feature Parker’s distinctive gold bar design as a visual element, creating a focal point in the production facility.
The ECO cleanroom control system on the lab cleanroom constantly monitors the operating conditions within the area, raising alarms if any of these parameters vary beyond a user specified threshold.
