Connect 2 Cleanrooms Ltd manufactures free standing mild steel or stainless steel structures. They are designed to be independent from the surrounding room and therefore ere equally suited within an existing cleanroom, manufacturing area or warehouse. Our clear wall panelling choices include flexible PVC strips, PETg, PC hard wall panels. Our rooms come fully equipped with the best in filtration and airflow control. Filtration is supplied by 99.99% HEPA with a totally variable speed control allowing air changes to be adjusted to either prolong filter life or to increase air change rates within the room. Softwall Curtains
Softwall panels are fabricated of 300mm wide clear PVC. Panels are over lapped by 50%. Softwall panels and mounts attach to the support frame by means of a easy hang mounting system. Other mounting systems are available.This technique can be especially useful in industries such as plastics moulding and printing coating lines. Softwall panel lengthAll softwall cleanrooms require some gap between the curtain and the floor to allow air to escape. If this gap is too narrow to accommodate the flow of air generated by the ceiling filter fans, then curtains and strips will billow outward. If it is too big, the cleanroom will not maintain adequate positive pressure.  Clear Solid WallOur clear solid wall rooms are free standing and offer the highest of cleanroom performance. They offer the best in aesthetic qualities and are well suited to areas where presentation is critical. The performance of a solid wall allows greater pressure differential to be achieved compared to a softwall room. We use the latest in polymer glazing to ensure a good seal combined with hi-impact resistance and durability. Filter/Fan Unit (FFU)
These reliable, self-powered Filter/Fan Units provide a reliable flow of HEPA filtered air to meet any cleanliness standard down to Class 100. HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter, rated 99.99% efficient and removal of particles 0.3µm and larger. The aluminium lid and body enclose a forward-inclined centrifugal-type fan/motor with permanently lubricated bearings. 2 x 4 models are UL listed; 220V models are CE marked. International InstallationDue to the unique design of our cleanrooms and the ability to be packed flat, they can be shipped anywhere without trouble.
