Lizzie is our Company Secretary, as well as heading up the Finance team. Initially a Registered Nurse, Lizzie had a change of heart and retrained in Accounts to run a department prior to co-founding Connect 2 Cleanrooms with Joe. Lizzie really enjoys working with all employees in the various departments of the company.
Mark is our UK Cleanroom Projects Manager and heads up the UK projects team. Mark loves seeing a project develop and grow all the way through to completion, along with the satisfaction of seeing a happy customer at the end of the project. Highly proficient in SolidWorks, Mark is our longest serving member of staff and often thinks on his feet and problem solves to deliver bespoke solutions to the vast array of specifications that we encounter. He enjoys being part of a dynamic, close knit team that is highly motivated and customer orientated.
Nicky is Cleanroomshop Manager and enjoys problem solving and supporting her team. With a BTEC HNC in Business & Finance and NVQs in Level 1, 2 & 3 in Customer Service, Nicky has worked in National and International Sales for the last 15 years. Over the length of her career, Nicky has amassed many skill sets including production planning, graphic design and time management. Nicky comes from a family of entrepreneurs, to which she attributes her drive and ambition.
Matt is one of our European Cleanroom Projects Manager. He is a natural with clients and really enjoys meeting them on site visits, installations and validations, which happens regularly all around the world. Matt works particularly closely with our Benelux distributor and our German office. He has worked in the cleanroom industry for over 10 years and his excellent SolidWorks drawing skills, organisation and focus on site make him an asset to the Projects team.
Alex is our Finance Manager and has many years of experience in contracting management, as well as finance and accounts; including 4 years in a manufacturing environment. Extremely qualified in Accounting, Alex holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management & Finance, is an M.A.A.T Technician and a member of CIMA. Alex enjoys managing cash flow and cost control - especially enjoy developing software systems to minimize the use of spreadsheets and improve management information and systems.
Sean heads up the Marketing Department, where he exercises his impressive experience of international B2B marketing. With a CIM Postgrad Diploma in Marketing, Sean is always coming up with marketing innovations and professes his love of ROI on a regular basis. Sean is a consummate professional and his attention to detail, focus on long term strategies and flair for brand management make him an approachable and highly-esteemed team player.
Daniel is our Project Technician and he enjoys the variety of work that the Cleanroom Projects team. One day he can be in Europe, carrying out a Cleanroom installation, and then experiencing the culture in the evening; the next he can be attending exhibitions, customer visits and validations. Dan has always worked in manufacturing which gives him a hands-on approach to his work. During his time at C2C, Dan has attended a number of training courses including SolidWorks CAD training, which furthers his development in the Cleanroom Projects team.
Sarah is our Assistant Accountant, and has AAT qualifications. Sarah is great at prioritising her work load, making sure the important parts are always done quickly and efficiently. She has good communication skills and likes to be well organised - she always leaves a clean desk at the end of the day. Sarah enjoys doing her job well and reconciling accounts is her forte.
Andy is our Warehouse & Materials Controller and enjoys being involved in both sides of the company, working closely with cleanroomshop.com and the Connect 2 Cleanrooms projects team. Each day is never the same as his work is very varied and challenging. As an ex-builder Andy’s competent with all types of tools and materials. He is a quick learner and can pretty much turn his hands to anything.
Natalie - With a growing demand for our cleanrooms, coupled with the short lead times we offer; Natalie has to be good at forward planning. Cleanroom projects run concurrently and Natalie enjoys the challenge of keeping ‘all of the plates spinning’. She prides herself on being proactive and likes to meet a challenge head-on. A recently completed NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration has helped to develop Natalie’s understanding of business principles and project management. This, added to her extensive experience in Retail Banking and the NHS, equips her for the role as Project Administrator.
Jeni is a member of our Marketing team and has many areas of expertise that facilitate the development of the company's strategies. She has plenty of experience with digital marketing campaigns and is currently sharpening those skills by studying towards a Diploma in Digital Marketing. With a degree in English Literature, Jeni uses her writing skills to write high quality copy for online and printed media. What Jeni most enjoys about her role is producing creative, engaging and effective campaigns, then seeing them work by generating interest from clients.
Holly is our longest serving Business Development Coordinator and loves talking with our clients and feeling that she is accomplishing a goal; whether that’s satisfying a lead time or sourcing a new product. She has completed an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration whilst working here and during her studying was nominated for a Best Team Player Award – proving how well Holly works as part of a team.
Jess is our Southern Cleanroom Technician and is positioned to predominantly serve our many Southern UK clients. Client visits, site surveys, installs and validations are all part of a week’s work and Jess enjoys the fact that his role is so varied and he gets to visit so many different places. Previously a business owner, Jess is a complete self-starter; his motivation and enthusiasm for the job is infectious and he loves learning new skills as he goes.
Lynda is our Quality Manager and she loves that her role involves being involved with every aspect of the company, and helps to make improvements in our working practices to improve client’s experience. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Chartered Quality Institute, she is a people person and assists with developing policies and practices to assist the company’s growth strategy. Lynda has many qualifications, including an NVQ Level 4 in Business Management and Women Leaders in Construction.
Rebecca is a Business Development Coordinator and really enjoy going out to visit my customers on site as she finds it really helps her to understand what their business involves, what processes they do, and how she can help them the most. With over 5 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. This combined with her bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, really helps in her role. She also has a very positive and enthusiastic personality and loves a challenge.
Tracey loves a challenge and prides herself on her multi-tasking abilities, which are perfect for her role as Trainee Business Development Coordinator. Tracey provides administrative support to the busy Help Desk and with such a personable nature is an excellent fit within the team, as she naturally excels in customer care. As a trainee, Tracey is really enjoying learning new skills and is fast getting to grips with our extensive product range and the cleanroom industry.
