Business Development Team

Andrew brings to this role, a wealth of customer experience. Andrew works closely with the engineers and provides the relevant costing and quotations to ensure that we offer the best package to each project we tender for.

Tracey loves a challenge and prides herself on her multi-tasking abilities, which are perfect for her role as Business Development Coordinator. Tracey provides administrative support to the busy Help Desk and with such a personable nature is an excellent fit within the team, as she naturally excels in customer care. Tracey is really enjoying learning new skills and is fast getting to grips with our extensive product range and the cleanroom industry. Tracey has recently achieved her Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Services.

Dawn provides support to the Business Development team. With extensive skills in sales admin, she finds the diversity of the industries we supply to, and their different needs, really interesting and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Helen is our Aftersales Coordinator and she really enjoys the diversity of her role, especially dealing with international clients. Her years of working abroad, combined with an NVQ in Business Management, give Helen a wealth of customer service experience and she can speak excellent Spanish.

Elle is a Business Development Coordinator and she enjoys our fast-paced office, where the variety of our client's enquiries means no two days are the same. Elle loves developing and maintaining trusting relationships with our clients and finds that our support and company values are key to her success.

Denise works in our Dutch office and she enjoys successfully juggling her varied role within our Dutch branch to better support our Benelux and European clients. With fluency in English and Dutch, Denise uses her business, secretarial and people skills to keep the office well organised and her solutions-focussed approach helps her achieve goals.

Sandie is the first point of contact for customers wishing to discuss their Cleanroom shop requirements, advising on the best products to meet their needs.  With a wealth of experience in Business Development, Sandie enjoys developing strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and supporting them where required.

Client Relations

Rebecca is a National Territories Manager based at our regional office in Towcester. She really enjoys going out to visit customers on site - whether that is to deliver our interactive cleanroom training course, to help a customer decide which products will suit their process best, or to help set up good procedures. Her focus is always to ensure that our customers get the best service possible. Rebecca is a positive and enthusiastic team member, and loves a challenge.

Business Development Coordinator
Oliver, our Business Development Coordinator for Cleanroom Projects, has a passion for customer service. With experience in budgeting, design, construction & costing as part of his degree, Oliver loves that he can use his creativity when designing cleanroom layouts.

Fiona - Cleanroomshop Account Manager
Fiona is our Territory Account Manager (Central) and spends her time developing new and existing key accounts for the business. An experienced retail manager, who focuses on the growth of people and business, Fiona loves our values-driven culture, which promotes a positive and creative environment.

Territory Account Manager (South East)
Joanne is our Territory Account Manager (South East). Any client in this area can contact Jo to discuss new cleanroom projects, changes to their protocol, consumables or guidance and training around legislation. Jo has worked with manufacturing facilities and the NHS for many years and loves getting out and meeting all her clients.

Josh is focussed on the development of new and existing key customer accounts within the Mid-West region, supporting customers on industry and product knowledge.  Josh brings a wealth of sales experience to the team and really enjoys interacting with customers and helping to provide them with the best possible cleanroom solution.

Marketing and Public Relations

Sean heads up the Marketing Department, where he exercises his impressive experience of international B2B marketing. With a CIM Postgrad Diploma in Marketing, Sean is always coming up with marketing innovations and professes his love of ROI on a regular basis. Sean is a consummate professional and his attention to detail, focus on long term strategies and flair for brand management make him an approachable and highly-esteemed team player.

Content Marketing Executive
Jeni is our Content Marketing Executive, and she loves creating customer-centric content for our websites and other marketing channels, to ensure our customers can find the right information they need at the right time. With a diploma in Digital Marketing, Jeni also manages our PR and enjoys working with our suppliers, customers and industry journals.

Nina is our Content Marketing Executive and is focused on creating valuable and consistent content for our websites and other marketing channels. With vast experience in B2B marketing, Nina enjoys working closely with suppliers and industry journals to create customer engaging PR and blog articles.

Matthew is our Marketing Executive. He supports the fast paced, vibrant Marketing department by researching, analysing, inputting and organising for all things digital and for the many trade shows we attend.

Elliot - Marketing Media Assistant
Elliot is our Marketing Media Assistant. Having worked various jobs in Connect 2 Cleanrooms over the years, Elliot also does a lot of volunteer film and photography projects - as well as running his own YouTube Channel. With A Levels in Media Studies, Business Studies and Economics - he enjoys being creative every day and making good quality, unique content.

Monica brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in Digital Marketing including SEO and PPC campaigns.  Working with the web development and technical teams, Monica is the driving force in implementing continued improvement to our websites, helping to enhance our customers’ experience.

Behind the Scenes

Lizzie is our HR Director. Initially a Registered Nurse and co founder of the company, Lizzie has recently gained a post graduate certificate in coaching for organisational performance and is enjoying working with all employees in the various departments.

Lynda is our Quality Manager and she loves that her role involves being involved with every aspect of the company, and helps to make improvements in our working practices to improve client’s experience. A CIPD and QI member, she is a people person and assists with developing policies and practices to assist the company’s growth strategy. Lynda has achieved her diploma in Quality Management and has many other qualifications.

Will is our Systems Integration Co-ordinator and he has the very important task of keeping all our IT systems speaking with each other, so we can provide our clients with exceptional service. Will works closely with every department to manage the information flow throughout the business.

Laura is PA to the Managing Director and HR Director. With a degree in English Literature, her experience is managerial and administrative. Laura’s favourite part of her job is the diversity (no two days are the same!) and the interaction she has with other members of the team.

Ciaran is with us as part of a student placement year and has been tasked with developing new projects and processes to help drive more efficiency across multiple departments within the business.  Ciaran is keen to use his creativity and strategic thinking to improve our business processes.


David - Finance Manager
David is our Finance Manager. David is an ACCA Qualified Accountant and has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. With over 20 years of experience of working within various accounts departments, predominately within the Construction Industry, he enjoys the variety in his role as well as working in such a positive and happy environment.

Assistant AccountantSarah is our Assistant Accountant. With AAT qualifications, Sarah is great at prioritising her work load, making sure the important parts are always done quickly and efficiently. She has good communication skills and likes to be well organised - she always leaves a clean desk at the end of the day. Sarah enjoys doing her job well and reconciling accounts is her forte.

Accounts Assistant
Lucy is our Accounts Assistant. With a mathematics degree from Lancaster University, Lucy loves being part of an enthusiastic and happy team. Lucy enjoys assisting in maintaining the company’s accounting records and liaising with customers and suppliers.

Charlotte C2CCharlotte is our Accounts Apprentice and she is enjoying working alongside other people in her department to resolve queries - developing the knowledge of all the processing tasks involved in the finance side of a company. As an apprentice we are supporting Charlotte to work towards her Level 2 AAT qualification.

Design and Manufacture

C2C Operations Manager
Mike is our Operations Manager and is a highly experienced operation leader, with a BSc in Management Science and PGDip in Manufacturing Management. Mike ensures that our systems and processes support the delivery of cleanroom solutions that enhance our client’s capability. Mike thoroughly enjoys the opportunities of delivering complex technical solutions and the amazing capabilities that modern engineering creates.

Cleanroom Project ManagerMatt is our Cleanroom Projects Manager. He is a natural with clients and really enjoys meeting them on site visits, installations and validations, which happens regularly all around the world. Matt works particularly closely with our Benelux distributor and our German office. He has worked in the cleanroom industry for over 10 years. His excellent SolidWorks drawing skills, organisation and focus on site make him an asset to the Projects team.

CAD TechnicianMike is a CAD Technician and with over 15 years experience he is highly proficient in Solidworks, with Associate & Professional Certification. With a strong background in construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors, Mike thoroughly enjoys being part of the Projects team, thriving on the challenges involved in designing cleanrooms for our clients and loves the fact that no two projects are ever the same.

Sam is our Development Engineer and he has a BSc (Hons) Product Design. Highly proficient in Solidworks, sketching and illustration, Sam has high attention to detail and with experience in high-profile product design and development, he keeps our product design fresh and efficient.
Sam enjoys working in our close-knit Projects team and finds the varied nature of the cleanroom environments and uses really interesting.

Jack - Connect 2 Cleanrooms CAD TechnicianJack is a CAD Technician and is a certified Solidworks associate & professional, as well as having a HNC in Mechanical Engineering & City & Guilds in Auto Cad. A very experienced graphic and mechanical designer, Jack loves using his creativity creating high-performance cleanrooms for our clients.

Jack - Apprentice Project Engineer
Jack is our Apprentice Project Engineer and uses his engineering and customer service skills helping to develop exciting ideas and on cleanroom installations. Jack enjoys knowing he had a part to play in the different stages of the project.

Camille is a proficient design engineer with good knowledge of Solidworks and vast experience in a range of design environments.  She enjoys using her creative flair to design cleanroom projects from a concept right through to completion.

Installation & Validation

Cleanroom Installation & Validation Manager
Mark is our Cleanroom Installation & Validation Manager and heads up the Installation team. Mark loves seeing a project develop and grow all the way through to completion, seeing a happy customer at the end of the project. Highly proficient in SolidWorks, Mark is our longest serving member of staff and enjoys problem solving and delivering bespoke solutions to a vast array of specifications.

Jess is our Southern Cleanroom Technician and is positioned to predominantly serve our many Southern UK clients. Client visits, site surveys, installs and validations are all part of a week’s work and Jess enjoys the fact that his role is so varied and he gets to visit so many different places. Previously a business owner, Jess is a complete self-starter; his motivation and enthusiasm for the job is infectious and he loves learning new skills as he goes.

Installation & Validation TechnicianAlek our Installation and Validations technician loves nothing more than watching a CAD drawing come to life when he validates a room he has built from scratch. He enjoys how impressed clients are with the finished product despite the rooms being built to their exact specifications.

Installation Validation TechnicianCraig is an Installation & Validation Technician and is based from our Towcester office. His personable nature means he loves getting to know our clients and he spends most of his days on site performing site surveys, cleanroom installations and validations. Whether it’s in a team or as an individual, Craig will always get the job done right, first time, and with positive results.

Thomas takes pride in installing and validating cleanrooms to the highest standard whilst interacting with our customers. He takes great satisfaction from seeing the company thrive and expand as we travel the world to do great things, face challenges and ultimately leave a customer happy with the C2C experience.

Engineering Apprentice
Kurtis is one of our Engineering Apprentices and will be working with our experienced projects team, learning new skills along side studying for his apprenticeship. Kurtis loves being hands on and his enthusiasm to learn is infectious.

Scott - C2C Engineering ApprenticeScott is one of our Engineering Apprentices and he assists picking, packing, dispatching & installing our modular cleanrooms. He enjoys being part of the team, gaining experience and increasing his knowledge on cleanroom technology.

The Warehouse

Warehouse ControllerPaul is our Warehouse Controller and works hard running our warehouse efficiently to ensure we can meet client's orders with ease. The part he most enjoys about his role is working to prepare and despatch our modular cleanrooms and the work he does it vital to ensure smooth installations on site for our clients. Paul adapts easily to new environments and is a valued member of the warehouse team.

Warehouse AssistantPatrick is our Warehouse Assistant and he loves working in the busy logistics team and enjoys the varied types of work. With over 12 years experience in warehousing & production, he has plenty to bring to the team! A big part of Patrick’s role is packing the many orders that we despatch daily on next day delivery.

Warehouse Assistant
Sylvia is our Warehouse Assistant and ensures our cleanroom consumable orders are carefully packed ready to be shipped to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Planning and Procurement

Planning & Procurement Lead
Karen is our Planning & Procurement Lead and her main responsibilities are for the collation, administration and distribution of information relating to projects. Working closely with the Projects Manager, Engineers, suppliers and customers, Karen has a achieved her Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business & Administration and is instrumental in assisting to achieve installation deadlines and ensuring that our customers are satisfied.

Lindsay C2C BuyerLindsay is our Buyer and works hard developing our supplier relationships with trusted brands to ensure we have a consistent supply of quality products at the right price point – keeping our clients happy.

Planning & Procurement Administrator
Heather is Planning & Procurement Coordinator, responsible for the projects coordination and preparation, ensuring a seamless process from the initial enquiry through to installation and validation. Often the first point of contact she is currently completing an level 3 NVQ in business and administration. Heather particularly enjoys working closely with both suppliers and customers, gaining satisfaction from exceeding expectations.

Nina C2C
Nina is our Apprentice Business Administrator and provides administrative support to the Accounts and Project departments. Nina works hard learning different processes which contribute to the efficient running of the business.

Tom builds on his experience of working within projects teams to deliver administrative support throughout a project lifecycle, working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure the projects are completed on time and exceed the customers’ expectations.  Tom enjoys working within a close knit team to support the delivery of successful projects.
