A plastic moulding area where the concentration of contamination control is at the point of risk, advances in understanding the movement of air in smaller areas enables a more cost effective approach to achieving the ISO Standard.
The localized approach can keep the main risk of the contamination from motors, granular feed systems and non directly involved personnel to the out side of the clean zone ensure minimum activities are carried out within the room.
Each room still has tear drop lighting, controlled entrance areas for gowning and cleaning to fit with GGMP guidelines. The approach not only offers a cost effective solution but in this case studies is the best solution for the process.
