Cleanroom for Eco-Friendly Milk Bottling Line
A cleanroom was manufactured and rented to be installed over a bottling line filling eco-friendly milk bottles. The cleanroom environment was designed to prevent milk from being contaminated during the bottling process which would lead to the milk having a longer shelf life, giving the product a competitive edge.
Features:
• White Powder coated mild steel frame.
• Height adjustable non slip feet
• Clear solid wall PETg panels with softwall entrance strips in to a 6m x 1.2m change/lobby area.
• Remote speed controller and Magnehelic pressure gauge for monitoring filter pressure.
• 6 no HEPA Filter fan units creating 68 Air changes per hour to achieve ISO Class 8.

(46.8m2) 7.8m deep x 6m wide x 2.2m high.
