Connect 2 Cleanrooms work closely with the Academy of Cleanroom Training (ACT) to offer an introductory training course for cleanrooms and cleanroom solutions and operations.
The course is designed to give clarity to cleanroom standards and importantly to the best working practices. Our aim is to educate users to the understanding of what is best practice and why they should follow it to ensure improved cleanroom standards. The day is split into theory and practical exercises; with gowning and cleaning demonstrations, filter integrity testing and smoke visualisation.
The course is suitable for new cleanroom users, existing cleanroom operatives, production managers, purchasing and estates alike.
One day Cleanroom Training Course:
- Half day cleanroom theory
- Half day practical cleanroom training
The course will include information on:
- Cleanroom design, function and operational testing
- Cleanroom classification
- Cleanroom Health & Safety
- Cleanroom protocols
- Gowning procedures and best practice
The training is facilitated by Connect 2 Cleanrooms and assessed by CTCBI & S2C2.
