To establish the correct cleanroom solution for you, and prior to any cleanroom construction, Connect 2 Cleanrooms will conduct informed discussions with you; which includes a site visit by our Project Engineers, if required.
If your site has potential obstructions to the cleanroom - such as ducting, inwardly opening doors, lighting fittings, etc. - the site visit will include a full survey to ensure the cleanroom is designed to fit. If your site is a standard open space, this visit may not be required and we will be able to proceed with designing the cleanroom without delay.
Your cleanroom is then designed to the agreed specification and the cleanroom classification which has been established from these discussions. Our engineers use in-house 3D CAD facilities to help you visualise your bespoke cleanroom at this stage. After you have approved the drawings the cleanroom construction can begin.
Our Project Engineers are qualified in SolidWorks Professional; so the engineer who designs your cleanroom will also install it - ensuring you benefit from continuity of service.
Our consultation and quotation service are free, so there are no hidden extras and no charge for our unrivalled service.
All our cleanrooms are designed to be modular and can be mobile if requested by the customer. By being modular our cleanrooms can increase in size to meet your demands all without the requirement of planning permission. This also means it can be installed within an existing room.
