PA to the Managing Director and HR Director (Maternity cover)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, effective and highly motivated PA to support our two company directors in the efficient and smooth running of our busy office. The role is for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

The principle duties for the role are:
  • Proactively support the day to day running of the office
  • Provide administrative and executive support and deliver specific HR services
  • Provide support to the senior management team and wider teams
  • Extensive diary management, arranging and co-ordinating events, domestic and international travel and accommodation schedules and ensuring the Directors are kept up to date with plans.
  • Co-ordinate meetings, take minutes and ensure actions are followed up, maintain systems and databases, reconcile monthly expenses and undertake other general administration tasks.
  • Take ownership for small projects as required by the Directors

Sales Office Manager

The role of Sales Office Manager reports to the Business Development Manager and will work alongside the National Territories Manager, Marketing Manager and After Sales Manager, managing the Business Development team.

The principle duties for the role are:
  • Manage the team to handle customer and prospective customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the team achieve personal KPI's and departmental targets to achieve company objectives
  • Oversee the team’s prioritisation and management of sales enquiries, both reactive and proactive
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills 
  • Motivate and coach all employees within the department to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, and be a role model for the agreed management values
  • Display and encourage excellent sales practice throughout the business development team 
  • Support Regional and European offices remotely
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction for both UK and International customers

Business Development Co-ordinator

The role of Business Development Co-ordinator reports to the Business Development Manager working within the Business Development Centre. You will be joining an established team of professionals to develop the growth of the e commerce division of the company. Candidates will have strong experience in sales, commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate excellent administration, typing, IT and communication skills.

The principle duties for the role are:
  • Business development of key customer accounts
  • Provide industry and in depth product knowledge helping customers to make informed decisions

South West Territory Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused, individual to identify key accounts within the South West (UK) and develop those accounts to ensure that Connect 2 Cleanrooms are the supplier of choice for products within the mission critical and cleanroom sectors. Candidates will have a strong technical background with proven business and account management skills. Attention to details and strong presentation skills are essential together with a positive approach to business travel.

The principle duties for the role are:
  • Identify high growth key accounts in the South West of the UK
  • Develop an annual business plan including current and future spend
  • Build relationships at multiple levels across all constituents
  • To be an advocate for the client ensuring the best in service
  • Understand various purchasing policies in public and private institutions
  • Understand strengths and vulnerabilities of competitors
  • Research tender opportunities for supply of products and services
  • Demonstrate a culture of continuous learning and self-development

Installation and Validation Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self- motivated, hard-working, experienced individual to join our values driven & award winning team.

Reporting to the Installation & Validation Manager the Installation and Validation Technician is a role where you can deliver and maintain cleanroom solutions in a developing and growing engineering, privately owned, business. Connect 2 Cleanrooms is rapidly emerging as a leading manufacturer and supplier of cleanrooms and contamination control products to a wide range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To undertake sufficient training for the role and comply with the companies Operational Management System (ISO 9001- 2008) and operating processes.
  • To lead and ensure that all installations being performed on behalf of the customer are completed to the required specification and standards, efficiently and on time.
  • To liaise with the operations team to ensure all materials and labour are available in the right place at the right time. 
  • To provide back up and ground support for other installation teams when personally not on site.
  • To communicate and interact constructively with the Operations team and all other departments in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • To complete testing and validations of new and existing cleanrooms to the defined quality standards and procedures.
  • To ensure that all documentation relevant to an installation is completed accurately and on time, by effective delegation where appropriate, including customer acceptance and production of validation report.
You will join a team of ten in the Operations department. You will work closely with the Installation and Validation Manager and other Installation and Validation Technicians in providing cleanroom solutions for our UK and international customers. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your customers and provide solutions to assist the operation of their cleanroom. You should have a qualification in engineering and a commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills. Your role will require extensive travel both in the UK (regionally) and internationally.
