Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with good credit control experience.  The company has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, and is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join its winning team. The successful applicant will be joining a team of 4 within the accounts department, and reporting to the Assistant Accountant. 

To undertake sufficient training for the role and comply with the company’sOperational Management System (ISO 9001- 2008) and operating processes.

To assist in maintaining the company’s accounting records.

To process sales invoices in a timely manner including additional informationrequired for export. 

To lead the debtor management, through telephone and email communication.

To assist with credit account management of customers, liaising with the salesteams and supporting the rapid growth of the company.

To assist with other transactional processing where required including purchaseledger, credit cards, expenses and bank transactions.

To communicate and interact constructively with all departments in the pursuit ofcontinuous improvement.

Experience of credit control particularly in a B2B environment at least 2 years+

Excel = Above Average
Sage 200 desirable
Open to change
Flexible
Full Time: 9 to 5pm Monday to Friday
