A softwall mobile, modular cleanroom solution was requested to be fitted over various machines on a multiple platform basis to provide an ISO Class 5 environment. The cleanroom was required on each platform once completed and was designed to be lifted by crane onto higher platforms via an H shaped lifting cradle mounted to the external ceiling of the cleanroom that could carry a safe working load of 700 kgs on 4 points. The cleanroom was fitted with castors so that it could quickly and easily be manoeuvred over processes once crane lifted onto the desired platform.
